Ryan Y. Cunningham is a founding partner of Cunningham & Mears, P.C. and has devoted his career and practice to protecting the rights of injured Oklahoma residents. Mr. Cunningham has successfully represented clients in the following practice areas:

• Slip and fall accidents (premises liability)

Mr. Cunningham has spoken on issues related to personal injury law in both Continuing Legal Education and Law School settings.  His work has been recognized in national publications. Mr. Cunningham was born and raised in Oklahoma and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas. He received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Oklahoma and clerked for United States District Judge Tim Leonard. He also clerked for the United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma.  Mr. Cunningham is admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma

Marcus P. Mears is a founding partner of Cunningham & Mears, P.C. and he has worked extensively in the area of personal injury law and insurance litigation. He has successfully represented clients in the following practice areas:

Mr. Mears was born and raised in Oklahoma and he attended Northwestern University in Illinois. He received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the 1996 National Trial Team, recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award, member of the Luther Bohannon American Inn of Court and both the Civil and Criminal Defense Clinics.  Mr. Mears is admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.  Mr. Mears has been recognized by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his work as lead counsel in multiple seven figure injury cases.
