Daniel Card
Attorney
Daniel (“Dan”) began practicing law in 2010, focusing almost exclusively on personal injury litigation throughout his career. He began practicing with a mid-sized firm in Oklahoma City doing insurance defense where he learned to litigate personal injury lawsuits. Daniel has vast experience in both state and federal court, litigating everything from bad faith to wrongful death. Dan spent 15 years representing insurance companies, along with stints as a lawyer for the state and federal government. Dan joined Cunningham & Mears in 2025 to focus exclusively on helping injured people, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his time working as a civil defense lawyer.
Dan has multiple trial victories under his belt throughout his career. Dan is also an excellent writer, evidenced by multiple published cases from the federal 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and wins at the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
Along with being a lawyer, Dan is a singer/songwriter. He often spends his weekends playing gigs around the state, either solo or with the Daniel Card Band and has recorded two albums. He is a die-hard Oklahoma Sooners fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
